Big news for Murfreesboro's small business community! 🎉

Applications are NOW OPEN for the Wells Fargo Neighborhood Growth Grants Program, administered by Pathway Lending. Eligible local businesses can apply for a $25,000 non-repayable grant to support growth, strengthen operations, invest in technology, improve facilities, and more.

📅 Applications are open today, October 19 through November 17, 2026.

Tennessee manufacturing takes the cover! 🙌 Proud to see Cooper Steel in Shelbyville featured on the cover of the New Markets Tax Credit Coalition’s 2026 Progress Report.

The family-run steel manufacturer’s expansion creates 122 new jobs and retains 210 jobs, with benefits including an on-site health clinic for employees and their families.

Pathway Lending provided $12 million in New Markets Tax Credit financing alongside The Innovate Fund, Heartland Renaissance Fund and Truist to help expand facilities, purchase equipment and meet growing demand.

This is what the New Markets Tax Credit builds, and Cooper Steel is one of 372 projects the report documents from 2025!

Celebrating a special milestone for Able Academy! 🎉

Earlier this summer, we were proud to join Marquita Mitchell, her family, friends, and employees for the ribbon cutting of Able Academy Childcare Center’s second location in Memphis. This opening is especially meaningful for Mrs. Mitchell, who spent 10 years as a schoolteacher in the same neighborhood where she is now growing her childcare center. ❤️

Pathway was honored to help finance the real estate purchase and be part of Able Academy’s journey to this exciting next chapter.
