Celebrating a special milestone for Able Academy! 🎉

Earlier this summer, we were proud to join Marquita Mitchell, her family, friends, and employees for the ribbon cutting of Able Academy Childcare Center’s second location in Memphis. This opening is especially meaningful for Mrs. Mitchell, who spent 10 years as a schoolteacher in the same neighborhood where she is now growing her childcare center. ❤️

Pathway was honored to help finance the real estate purchase and be part of Able Academy’s journey to this exciting next chapter.

Built through the power of public and private partnership, Belle Mont reflects what is possible when organizations come together with a shared vision to invest in people, neighborhoods, and the future of Memphis. We are proud to have played a role in bringing Phase I to life, delivering 22 workforce affordable housing units in the Memphis Medical District.
 
It was inspiring to celebrate alongside so many partners who helped make this vision a reality. We cannot wait to see the lasting impact Belle Mont will have on the Crosstown neighborhood and the families who will call it home for years to come. 💙

The first Pathway Connect in Knoxville was a great success, bringing together clients, prospective clients, and ecosystem partners for a Lunch & Learn hosted by the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center.

Attendees heard from Charlie Apigian Practice Leader and AI Strategist at LBMC, as he led an engaging discussion on using AI to improve cash flow, accounting, and business decision-making. The session explored practical ways entrepreneurs can leverage AI to increase efficiency, automate routine tasks, and strengthen their businesses while preserving the relationships, creativity, and human connection that technology cannot replace.

We want to thank the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center for hosting this event and Charlie Apigian for sharing his expertise with our attendees. We also appreciate Dr. Apigian for providing signed copies of his new book, AI Reimagined: A Leader's Guide to Thinking Different with Data, and thank Silver Queen Kitchen for providing lunch.

Last week, we joined developers, public officials, financial partners, and community leaders to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Belle Mont, a new workforce housing community in Memphis' Crosstown neighborhood. 🏘️🎉

Developed with a vision to expand access to attainable housing, foster community, and strengthen the fabric of the Crosstown neighborhood, Belle Mont represents another important investment in Memphis’ future. The project marks the successful completion of Phase I of a three-phase development, delivering 22 units of workforce affordable housing within the Memphis Medical District.

We believe that strong partnerships are essential to expanding access to affordable housing and creating thriving communities. We are honored to have played a role in this important milestone and look forward to seeing Belle Mont's lasting impact on the Memphis community.

We’re proud to spotlight veteran-owned businesses like Redco Truck & Trailer Repair. 🇺🇸🚛

Redco serves commercial drivers and fleets across Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia with truck, trailer, and roadside repair services. Through financing with Pathway Lending, Redco was able to refinance high-interest debt, improve cash flow, and reduce financing costs, creating more flexibility to continue growing their business and serving customers across the region.

With support that included $1,500 toward closing costs, Redco now employs more than 20 people and continues expanding its operations.
