Congratulations to our homebuyer for the closing on their second investment property in Chattanooga, Tennesse!!!🎉 They are only in their 20s and well on their way to building a great investment portfolio! 👏

Right now is the best time to buy a house in the next 5 years and here's WHY:

1. Prices are not going to go down. They are going to go up slower, but they are not going to go down.
2. If you think interest rates are too high- BUY THE HOUSE! When interest rates come back down, refinance! But don't not buy because you are waiting for interest rates to come back down.
3. This is as CHEAP as it's going to be in the next 5 years, so be advised, this may be the one and only window in the next few years to get into a buyers' market.
