The owner of this house started renovations about 17 years ago with the intention to make this their dream home. Due to an unforeseen illness, had to stop in the middle of the project. The city of Nashville put a demolition order on it. The owner called us 11 days before the hearing to check if there was anything we could help him with.

We made him a fair cash offer. And also paid additional for the materials that we could use that they invested in. We were able to close within 10 days and work with the city to hold on the demolition.

Here is the point… we are looking to help, benefit and bless our community in any way we can!!!

We were able to help the sellers of this house in Nashville that was in probate giving them a great cash offer and closing on their timing!
