What You’ll Do
As a Lender with us, you’ll:
✨ Build real relationships with people in our town – business owners, families, and friends
✨ Help customers find the right lending solutions — whether it’s a first home, a small business loan, or a new truck
✨ Work alongside a small, supportive team where every person matters
✨ Use your skills in credit analysis, customer service, and lending

✔ Comfortable learning new systems and lending products
✔ Previous banking/finance experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
