Hello, my name is Lynette. I am the Universal Banker Team Lead here at Farmers and Merchants National Bank, assisting and serving our customers in the Lebanon Branch.
I have been with the bank for the past six years and begin my seventh year in November 2025. I am grateful for the ability to be part of an amazing group of people, who make it their purpose to serve the banking needs of the Lebanon Community. It is my mission every day for our customers to feel like this is not just a bank but a family. Greeting them with a smile, being personable and caring about their financial needs.
Outside of working here at the bank, I enjoy road trips, taking pictures of the sunrises, sunsets, country music, a good movie and silence. I also enjoy the time I spend with my children, my bonus children and all six of my grandchildren. Family is the most important thing in my life and time with them means more to me than anything else.
Lastly, I am a people- person and an animal lover. If you happen to be out and about, swing through our branch at 102 Wakanda and say Hello. Bring your furry friend, we like to share the love with the four-leggedbabies of our community.
