She was always there for her buyers and sellers, making sure they got the best deal possible. Great News! Guild Mortgage has increased the conventional conforming loan limit to $750,000, up from $726,200 for 2023. The change is effective for all locks as of October 11, 2023.

Great news for FHA and VA buyers:

The FHA monthly mortgage insurance premiums will be reduced by 35% for all loans closing on or after March 20, 2023. This will significantly reduce monthly mortgage payments for FHA borrowers.

The VA funding fees are being reduced for all VA loans closing on or after April 7, 2023.
