I was born in Hong Kong when it was still a British Colony and speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. I understand Asian immigrants more than anyone because my family immigrated to Arizona when I was 11 years old, in 1977. I worked in the family Chinese restaurant until I was 18 and went to Arizona State University. My brother and sister still run the family restaurant. Hard work is a very

important part of Asian American Culture because we all left our family and home to hope for and build a better life in America. After 40+ years in America, I live locally with my wife and a 26-year son, who is a computer science engineer that has worked at Microsoft since 2017. I have been investing in real estate for over 30 years now. I own multiple investment properties in the area. Real estate is a tremendous investment that is severely underutilized by our community. You have a long-term tangible asset, that generates passive income. I have taken my experience as a real estate investor and used it to get into the mortgage industry. There are many new programs and lenders now that gives home buyers much more flexibility than they have had in many years. I understand the struggles of small business owners trying to obtain financing. We will work together to find the right program, at the right bank, to get things done. My goal is to utilize my experience to help the Asian community achieve homeownership. Utilize untapped resources to help build generational wealth. Unfortunately, the Asian community is underserved, and I believe we can change that together.
