Edward Jones-Financial Advisor: Michael Schumaker Edward Jones is a financial-services firm dedicated to serving the needs of individual investors, Member SIPC.

As an individual investor, you know the importance of developing a strategy and seeing it through. We understand that your financial wants can be complex and specialized. That's why providing specific financial strategies for you is a process we take seriously. Working closely with you and your CPA and attorney, we can help determine the most appropriate financial strategy. Growing up in NW Ohio, I've always been interested in finance since I was a kid. I learned the value of a dollar and work ethic through watching my grandparents. One grandfather was a farmer in Putnam County and the other worked in a factory and enjoyed tinkering with old cars. Both were hard-working and good men of faith and were good savers for their families. The lessons learned from them helped me to become a goal setter, hard worker, and an optimist. I have always wanted to also be able to help people through my work and volunteering efforts and I'm blessed to be able to do that every day. My bachelor's degree is from Bowling Green State University. My wife, Jill, and I have a daughter, two sons, and two grandchildren whom all keep us busy. My primary goal is to partner with a limited number of families to address their financial needs. First, we listen to what is most important to you. Then, we tailor our established process to implement your goals. Finally, we act as an accountability coach to keep your future on-track.
