Frost Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service and insurance solutions to our commercial clients. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in our Napoleon office.

This is a full-time, in-office position that plays a key role in supporting producers, servicing commercial accounts, and building long-term client relationships. Although not required the ideal candidate will have prior commercial insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing and maintaining a book of commercial insurance business. This role works closely with producers, clients, and carrier partners to manage new business, renewals, endorsements, certificates, claims reporting, and account servicing needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and service a commercial lines book of business.
• Prepare applications and gather underwriting information for new and renewal business.
• Coordinate the renewal process with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, and account-related requests.
• Review renewal proposals and policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, policy status, and service needs.
• Report and assist with the handling of claims.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Follow agency workflows and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and insurance carrier representatives.
• Assist in retention efforts and identify opportunities to enhance client coverage programs.
• Participate in agency meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities.
