This is why I love my job! A realtor recommended a client to there preferred mortgage broker. They get about 30 days through the process and are asking for an anomaly of documents, old taxes paid off, etc. The client reached out to me and the previous mortgage broker jacked everything up. Since hes been self employed for 5 years we only need the most current return and not all this mumbo jumbo.

I submitted the file at 12:30 PM today and its approved as of an hour ago with no conditions. That is how you get files done for the client. STOP WORKING with incompetent people in this industry that will make your clients go INSANE. Happy clients are referral clients.
