I am Cid Fernandez and my sole job is to ensure that the home purchasing experience is one you remember. Before we start this adventure together lets get to know one another. Born in Alabama to an Army Pilot, we went on to call Miami, FL home until the age of 18. The November after my high school graduation, I followed in my fathers Military foot steps and joined the Marine Corps. Those five years
were spent being molded as a helicopter electrician as well as a leader. After being discharged I continued my journey in aeronautics in the state of Maryland. Though I enjoyed my position, I felt another calling to continue my military service and this time joining the US Air Force as a Flight Engineer. After completion of five years, I made the choice to leave the military entirely. Ten years of military service, more than 27 countries visited to include the Middle East, I knew it was time to put a focus on what’s more important. My family is comprised of my wife and two children (11 year old daughter and 10 year old son). My wife and I are 1st generation Americans with Hispanic roots in Cuba and Puerto Rico. Our love and passion for our culture and our community cannot be understated. We share this passion with everyone we meet and we look forward to sharing it with you. The loan process is one that can take time and we understand that giving a piece of you is important. That is why we open our doors to you.
