Our agency is looking for an individual available to work from 9-5, Monday-Friday. This position requires the ability to resolve any emerging problems that may happen on a client's account. Furthermore, someone with the confidence and willingness to investigate, if they don’t have enough information to resolve a customers' complaint. The objective is to ensure excellent service standards, respond effectively to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. So join us and work with an amazing team we call family. Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
