-Life jackets: Not all pets are natural swimmers, and even strong swimmers can tire quickly in rough conditions.
-Deck safety: Scan your boat for pet hazards before heading out.
-Heat & hydration: Make sure your pet has shade and plenty of fresh water — not seawater, which can quickly lead to dehydration.
-Weather watch: If conditions get bumpy, keep pets in a safe, central, low-movement spot.
-Docking: Secure pets with a harness or leash, or keep them in a designated safe area.

The location reinforces our centuries-long ties to the city, where our oldest subsidiary, the Insurance Company of North America, was founded in 1792 near Independence Hall as the nation’s first stock insurance company.

We’re thrilled to officially open our new Philadelphia office, bringing the future of insurance to the very city where the American insurance industry was born.

This move honors our roots, dating back to 1792, while creating a modern, state-of-the-art environment for our employees. The new building is designed for collaboration and features amenities like an outdoor terrace, a free fitness center for employees, and a Barista Bar in the lobby.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the celebration, including City of Philadelphia Government Mayor Cherelle Parker, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Secretary Rick Siger, and Parkway Corporation.
