Our Catastrophe Response Teams continue to serve our customers whose homes were impacted by Hurricane Ian – please note that the Port Charlotte location and hours remain the same, but the location and hours of the Fort Myers Village has changed:

Lakes Regional Library - 15290 Bass Rd., Fort Myers, FL 33919 (Hours: 9am - 6pm EST)
Port Charlotte Town Center - 1441 Tamiami Tr., Port Charlotte, FL 33948 (Hours: 8am - 6pm EST)

Our Teams will be at each of these locations every day for as long as the Department of Financial Services Insurance Villages are available. We look forward to helping our customers get on the road to recovery.
