🚨Attention FL -you need iPhone 14 and newer but share to everyone

To access satellite features for the Messages app on an iPhone, you can go to Settings and tap Satellite, then select Messages via satellite:

You can also access satellite features through Control Center:
1 Swipe down from the top right-hand corner of your iPhone to open Control Center
2 Tap the Mobile Data button on the right
3 Tap Satellite, then choose Messages via satellite

To send a text message via satellite, you can also:
1 Go to Settings > Apps > Messages
2 Turn on Send as Text Message
3 Connect to a satellite and send a message

Messages via satellite is available in the U.S. and Canada for iPhone 14 or later models running iOS 18 or later. It's free for two years after activating an iPhone 14 or later.

Some things to keep in mind when using Messages via satellite include:

You need to be in a place with no cellular and Wi-Fi coverage

You need an active SIM

You can't send or receive photos, videos, audio messages, stickers, or messages in a group message

Messages via satellite might take longer to send

Messages via satellite shouldn't be used in emergencies🚨
