Last week at our Network Office Day at Medinah Country Club, we had the opportunity to recognize someone who plays an invaluable role in our success: Phil, our Director of Operations.

Behind every achievement, every event, every initiative, and every smooth day in the office is a tremendous amount of work that often happens behind the scenes. Phil consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our team has the support, resources, and structure needed to succeed.

On a personal note, I am incredibly grateful for his partnership, leadership, and unwavering dedication. His commitment to our Naperville office, our advisors and our staff, does not go unnoticed. We are fortunate to have someone who leads with such professionalism, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
