Crisis averted

This new construction closing was down to the wire: the original lender couldn't make it happen, leaving my client facing the possibility of losing his beautiful new home just days before closing.

I jumped in, pulled every string, and got the loan approved and funded. Seeing him walk away with the keys to his brand-new build? Priceless. Moments like this remind me why I love fighting for my clients - especially when the stakes are this high.
