What is the biggest reason ppl don't qualify to buy a home? Its not credit or lack thereof, its not time at job, or even down payment. The biggest reason is the amount of their car/truck payment! Tax refunds will be hitting soon! Hold off on buying that car. Car dealers have different ways to qualify you vs. buying a home. Home 1st, Car 2nd!
