So glad we could save this transaction with a 6 day CTC including a new appraisal! It subsequently kept connected transactions in different states together, and everyone can enjoy their new homes!!

This closing was a wild ride from buyers losing financing 3 days before closing to finding a new lender and have it closed in 6 days. I will say Jessica Cole with guaranteed rate was amazing to work with and had great communication. There is not a lot of lenders that could step up like she did and get this done as fast as possible and I mean 6 days this closed and we even had to have a new appraisal.
