Your home is your most important asset. Here are some key questions you should know:

Are you covered for all types of flooding? Flooding is a growing concern as the weather gets more severe. Are you covered for flood and sewage backups? Are there exclusions for rain or burst pipes?

Are you covered for your home’s value, or for the cost to rebuild? You need to make sure you are covered to rebuild your home and replace your possessions, regardless of fluctuating market rates.

Is your deductible flat rate or variable? Make sure you know this in advance of needing it.

Is your coverage up to date? When you acquire valuable new possessions, like jewelry or electronics, you want to make sure they are covered.
