Waking up on Mondays can be rough on us. Waking up today and confirming two TBD Approved buyers can now shop for their first home with confidence that their files have been fully reviewed by an underwriter. They will also be receiving down payment assistance to help cover a big chunk of their costs at the closing table. This was my boost of energy on this beautiful Monday.
