Napa Library Foundation As a public institution that benefits all people, either directly or indirectly, our Libraries receive public funds to provide basic support.

The Napa City-County Library Foundation is a non-profit, 501 © (3) organization that exists to raise and manage contributions used solely for the augmentation of public funds in the operation and expansion of library services. The Library Foundation is comprised of community volunteers who care deeply about one of the Napa Valley's most important and free-to-the-public resources: our Libraries. Serving the cities of Napa, American Canyon, Calistoga, Yountville and the unincorporated areas of Napa County, the Napa City County Library partnership provides people of all ages with a source of life-long learning, enjoyment and community pride. However, in these days of diminishing financial resources and increased use, it becomes more challenging for the Library to meet the demand for services without supplemental funding,

The Library Foundation helps fund specific needs to strengthen Library services and offerings.
