Our team has been busy this spring/summer and I’ve been lagging on what’s been happening.

What a better way to catch you up than to celebrate our new homeowner today! In 9 business days we were able to successfully complete our appraisal, achieve final loan approval, sign docs and fund. All without a single date or contingency missed. We like to celebrate such moments because it’s not an easy feat. Couldn’t be happier for our new home owner, she’s a true badass and deserves what she’s achieved. Shout out to our REALTOR partner on this one as she represented her buyer with true care and integrity. Such a professional!

Praises to Angie Pinckney for delivering on a quick turn time! 👌🏽

Side-note: we’re cautiously optimistic that interest rates will be improving in the near future. As wonderful as that is, if you can… buy now and refinance later. Trust me, you’ll thank me later!

For as long as I can remember, I have heard the phrase “Work hard, Play Hard”. At Fairway Mortgage, we live by the Credo “Work Hard, Give More.” One of the many amazing things about Fairway is the heart and willingness of its Employees to give back… in 2019 directly from employee paycheck, we donated over $800,000 to FairwayCares and over $900,000 to the American Warrior Initiative.
The Coakley–Whitlock Group and The Nate Pina Team have chosen to partner with the Feed the Need project and Veritas Christian Academy (VCA) to bring this incredible service-based mission experience to kids in Napa. No wrapping paper, popcorn or candy bar sales! The VCA students will be raising funds for their school and packing 10,000 meals to send to orphan children in Haiti. All parents, kids and teachers will be working together to make this happen on Friday, February 21. The Coakley – Whitlock Group and The Nate Pina Team will be MATCHING all Feed the Need donations for the next 72 hours, up to $5,000 and we need YOU to help us get there!
