We are gearing up for the VA REP Stars, Stripes, & Boots Gala on March 20, 2026 from 5:00–10:30 PM at The Riverside Hotel, and we are calling on this incredible community to LINK ARMS and show up BIG for our veterans.

This is our second largest event of the year — an unforgettable evening honoring and supporting local veterans and their families. The night will feature live music by Scotty Mac and the Nugs, an incredible silent auction, powerful recognition moments, and a high-energy VIP Afterparty.

VA REP is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and every dollar raised goes directly toward veteran programs and community outreach right here in Idaho.

📣 Important Update + Invitation 📣

There will be no meetings until after the New Year, and we are stepping into this pause with gratitude and anticipation. God is moving, stirring hearts, and preparing space for deeper encounters and stronger community—and we are so excited for what’s ahead.

Every day we are given is an opportunity to stand in the authority God has entrusted to us, to break old patterns, and to intentionally make Him more of a priority in our lives. Change doesn’t have to wait for January 1st—today is a powerful place to start.

Now is the perfect time to step in, get connected, and help build a Christ-centered community where faith is lived out together.

Take time to meditate on these verses as we head into the New Year:

“I have given you authority… to overcome all the power of the enemy.” — Luke 10:19
“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3

🎄 Merry Christmas from Salt & Light 🎄

This Christmas, we pause to remember the true reason for the season—Jesus Christ, our Savior, the Light of the world. His birth is the greatest gift of love, hope, and redemption, and we are so grateful for Him.

We also want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you to every person who has served, prayed, shown up, invited others, shared meals, opened hearts, and helped build this community. Your willingness to love, to reach out, and to walk alongside one another has not gone unnoticed.

Salt & Light exists because of you—your faithfulness, your invitations, your kindness, and your hearts to serve. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of you.

I want to personally invite you to a warm, joy-filled Christmas Eve service filled with carols, candlelight, and the celebration of our Savior’s birth. This is my home church, and while I’ll be out of town this year, my heart wanted to make sure no one feels alone during this Christmas season.

You do not have to attend my church to be a part of Salt & Light. Salt & Light is about community, prayer, and walking together—no matter where you worship. This invitation is simply an open door, an extended hand, and a reminder that you belong somewhere.

There will be several people from our Salt & Light gatherings attending this service who would love to see you there, sit with you, and celebrate together. 🤍

✨ Community Update ✨

We wanted to let everyone know that there will be no meetings until after the New Year. As we pause, we are so full of expectation and excitement for what God is preparing in this next season. We truly can’t wait to meet more people, grow together, and encounter God in deeper ways.

Every single day is a fresh opportunity to stand in the authority God has given us, to make changes, and to choose Him as a greater priority—whatever that looks like in your life right now. There is no “perfect time” to begin… now is a beautiful time to lean in, to join community, and to build something rooted in faith, love, and truth.

As we reflect and prepare, here are a few verses to sit with and chew on:

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” — Isaiah 43:19
“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” — Matthew 6:33
