Here's something many homeowners don't realize: your home's market value and replacement cost are not the same.

Replacement cost considers what it would cost to rebuild your home after a covered loss, including things like materials, labor, construction costs, and features or upgrades in your home.

And homes change!

Happy Labor Day Weekend!

We’re trading policies and paperwork for a little R&R! 😎
