Dear Friends!

Happy Day after the 4th of July! Hope you are enjoying a wonderful Summer – and we HOPE you are able to join us again this year for the Golf for Hope Tournament to benefit the Hope House!
I’m a Rotarian, in large part, because of the work we do the The Hope House. All of the proceeds from Donations and Sponsorships that come in from your kindness in association with helping our Tournament will go directly to the Hope House (for those who give or join us associated with me). I LOVE their work, and really HOPE that you can help in a big way again this year. They are doing AMAZING work over there, and I am Grateful for your help to support them.
- Please see the attached 2023 May Newsletter with some details of activities and reporting from the Hope House. 😊 Let’s pull up our ‘sleeves’ and help those doing great work in our community.

*BREAKING* In response to industry pushback, the FHFA just announced that Conventional Loan borrowers with a higher debt-to-income (DTI) ratio will no longer be charged added fees.

Tickets for the 2023 Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron are going on sale at 9:00AM this morning!

We are excited to announce the concert lineup for this year's event:
• Sheryl Crow - Thursday, August 24th
• Joan Jett and the Blackhearts - Friday, August 25th
• Weezer - Saturday, August 26th
Daily tickets will be $30, and include admission to the golf tournament, after-golf concert and two on-course hospitality venues - The Albertsons Fan Pavilion on the 16th green featuring Michelob Ultra Beers Fore Birdies and the Albertsons Signature Cafe, and the Coors Light Fan Deck on the 18th green.

As a reminder, there are a limited number of tickets for each day of the event and tickets sold out for Thursday - Saturday the last two years, so make sure to get your tickets ASAP.

It's that time of year again! Tax season, the time for a little extra cash from Uncle Sam.
