Wow! Finally slowed down long enough to remind everyone where I am this Medicare season.

I just cannot stress enough how important it is for you to Read the Annual Notice of Change. That is for either your Medicare Advantage Plan or Prescription Drug Plan.

Hope everyone is ready. This is going to be the most important Annual Election Period in many many years. If you are on Medicare please read the Annual Notice of Changes for 2024.

Many of the Prescription Drug Plan premiums are increasing 2x or 3x... and one is decreasing to $.50. That's right... 50 cents. It's more important than ever that you analyze your specific list of meds before deciding which plan to switch to.

Well it's "hunting season" again. NOT THAT HUNTING! I mean that I am hunting for more people to help with their Medicare options for 2023. Where we live, in Deep East Texas, there are more changes and new offerings than I can ever recall. The Annual Election Period (aka AEP) runs from October 15th thru December 7th. That's the time period when we can meet, review, and possibly change your Medicare supplemental plans for next year... especially if you have a Medicare Health Plan or Prescription Drug Plan.

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Here's what I am thankful for:
Sandy Slone, who joined the Health insurance Enrollment Center this year, all of our past and present clients, a great and productive Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), and all the folks we will help in the next couple of weeks... before AEP ends Dec 7th.

BTW, if you have friends or family in the Nacogdoches area, these Community Meetings are also a good place to learn about the many changes coming to Medicare over the next two years. Please call to reserve a spot.
