Cerulli's latest retirement research backs this up: the large majority of pre-retirees haven't sought planning support from their plan provider in the past year. But separate industry data shows the opposite is true underneath, most of them actually want that support. They're just not getting it.

That's not disengagement. It's a structural gap.

A workplace plan is built to help you save. It's not built to answer the questions that actually matter once retirement is close:
