We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position . Your role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects as they call in for assistance.This is a full time service position with set hours, full health benefits provided and the opportunity for advancement. Applicant would be responsible for servicing accounts. Superior customer service and phone skills required, as well as excellent attention to detail, willingness to document accounts, ability to manage multiple priorities and desire to provide customers with the best service.Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning of this position. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.

Insurance experience preferred
Communicate with customers in-person and over the phone
Renewals, Pre-Underwriting
Proposal Preparation
Billing
Customer Service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Great problem solving and time management skills
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Driven and goal-oriented individual
Update customer accounts as needed
