I know it is frustrating to get spam calls, and our wonderful smart phone technology usually let's us know when good old Spam Likely is calling. However, the Medicare spam calls are getting OUT OF CONTROL!!! This is actually a prohibited marketing tactic and is against the Medicare marketing regulations. Sales agents and representatives must have permission to call you to discuss Medicare plans!
There is no good way to stop these phone calls from coming in unless you block all calls from unknown numbers.
The best advice I can give is to write down the name and phone number calling you and REPORT THEM! I will be happy to help you report these offenders who are cold calling you.
DO NOT give out your information! They can and will enroll you in a plan or change your existing plan and you might not find out until it is too late.
