🎉Congrats to Carldell and Alissa on their new home in NC. This was a renovation loan that I closed after the first lender was unable to do so. They came as a referral from a family member that used me for their loan a couple of years ago. We had some hurdles to get over, but we made it to the closing! I can’t wait to see the finished product after the renovation is done! 🔨 🛠️
