What an awesome night at the City of North Muskegon Parade!

A huge thank you to my family, friends, and everyone who came out to walk with us. It was such a joy to spend the evening with our community, seeing so many familiar faces and making memories together.

Nights like this remind me why I love what I do. Helping protect the families in our community isn’t just my job—it’s my purpose. Being there for people before they ever need us is what the McCleve Agency is all about.

Thank you, North Muskegon, for another great parade. We’re grateful to serve such an incredible community. ❤️

One thing I appreciate about doing business here in West Michigan is that people still want to know who they’re working with.

Not just the company name or the policy on paper, but the person they can call when they have a question.

That matters in this work.
⠀
Insurance is part of what we do, but trust is what makes the conversations better. It is built over time — by being present, following through, and staying connected to the people we work with.

Every so often, I’ll hear someone say, “I’m pretty sure we’re covered for that.”

That makes sense.

Most people are not reading through their policies line by line. They are busy living their lives.
⠀
The details tend to come up in everyday moments: a new driver, a change at home, something being used differently than before, or something that may need its own coverage.
⠀
Those are normal questions.
⠀
If you have ever thought, “I’m pretty sure we’re covered,” that can be a good time to check.

Not because something is wrong.
⠀
Because it feels better to know.

When someone reaches out with an insurance question, there is usually more behind it than a policy.

That question might come with a new home, a new driver in the family, a change in the business, or something someone has been meaning to ask for a while.

The better I know the people I work with here in West Michigan, the easier it is to understand what they are trying to protect.
⠀
The policy matters, of course. But the context around it matters too.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you call. A conversation is a good place to start.
