This week, we’re excited to highlight Susan, whose experience, energy, and personal approach to lending have made her a trusted partner to so many clients over the years.

With a background in sales and sales management, Susan found her true fit in mortgage lending—where she's been helping clients for over 25 years. She will be celebrating 11 years with A+ Mortgage this October, and brings both deep industry knowledge and a relationship-first mindset to everything she does.

Susan is especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. She takes pride in creating an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions—not just during the process, but long after closing. Her goal is simple: that every client walks away feeling confident, excited, and certain they were well taken care of.
