After nearly 22 years and over $1 billion in funded mortgages, you'd think Jon Snodgrass's favorite part of being a Loan Officer would be helping someone close on their dream home.
But what Jon finds most rewarding is something you might not expect — finding a way to say "Yes" when another Lender has already said "No."
One of Jon's favorite calls is from a homebuyer who's been told they can't purchase their next home without selling their current one first.
That's where Jon thrives.

And his passion for educating homebuyers doesn't stop at mortgages.
In 2023, Jon launched "The Snod Pod with Your Mortgage Resource Jon Snodgrass", a Real Estate Podcast where he brings on industry experts — from Realtors and Appraisers to Real Estate Attorneys and more — to help buyers and homeowners better understand all things Real Estate.
For Jon, it's about more than closing loans. It's about educating people, finding creative solutions, and helping families get into the homes they love.
