Drew Houck's clients just closed on their their house & unfortunately lost it in the tornado. Thankfully the bathroom saved their lives. Drew & Barrett Houck went to help salvage what they could.

🎉 Congrats to my sweet buyers!

I met James Page and Chelsea Nicole Page at a church potluck a few months ago and when they posted on Facebook that they were looking to start the home buying process, a mutual friend gave me a shout out and thus began the house hunting adventure!

As soon as this house hit the market, we jumped on it and as common with a small town, the buyers actually knew the sellers! We breezed through the inspections, sailed through the loan process with Drew Houck at Global Mortgage Link LLC, flew through the closing at Peoples Title Company, and now the Pages are ready to grow some deep roots in their little corner of Murray.

Thank you to Angie Bogard for a smooth transaction and congrats to both the buyers and the sellers. It’s always fun when everyone works together as a team and there are smiles and hugs at the closing table. 💕
