Hi and thank you for visiting! I am Elizabeth Honey, owner and operator of Busy Beehive Bookkeeping LLC, and I strive to serve my community with integrity and quality service. My mission is to assist small businesses in creating success and abundance by creating time for business owners to focus on their growing business, while I focus on organizing and maintaining their financial records. My goal is to create confidence in small businesses so they may continue to flourish without being held back by the day to day financial details. I am committed to assisting business owners in accomplishing their goals and creating financial and personal freedom.
My background includes 17+ years in accounting, payroll and HR related titles for corporate companies of all sizes, in addition to a small non profit for a period of 5 years. I have a wide range of accounting knowledge and I have been a Certified Bookkeeper with the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers for the last 10 years. Recently, I decided that the corporate world was no longer for me and that I wanted to be able to help people, whatever that may look like. Then I had an interaction with one of my cousins, and she suggested that I take my skills and go out into the world and support small businesses. Talk about a light bulb moment!! I had honestly never considered that this could be a possibility, that I could take what I already know and actually help people with it. This concept gave accounting and bookkeeping a whole new meaning for me! That is why I decided to start this business, so that I can assist business owners in creating successful companies and turning their dreams into realities.
