We all had to learn to walk. We didn’t stop when we fell down. We got back up and kept trying. That crawling s**t got hard on the knees, right?!

Plus you had someone cheering you on every single time you got back up!!!

We knew yesterday would be a big day for the market, as the feds were set to meet and release their thoughts.

The good for rates.... They are going to continue buying 120 BILLION in mortgage backed securities. This helps but can't go on forever, in my opinion.

The bad for rates.... We all know inflation is through the roof, right? Up until yesterday, it was as if everyone but the feds were willing to own it. I've spoke a few times on inflation and how it will eventually hurt interest rates.....well, here we are. Just a month ago the feds said inflation was projected to average 2.4% for 2021. As of yesterday, they now see it at 3.4% for 2021. So, Jeff, what does this mean?! This means the bond market starts selling off, big time, causing rates to move up.

Long story short, rates are worsening.

Could the bond market recover, sure!

One last thing..... Rates, regardless of some worsening, are still 🔥🔥🔥. We can't lose site of realistic, and the rates we have experienced through this pandemic, have been unrealistic! They have to come up at some point and that up, is still low!

This is a big one!

Day after day at homebux we have someone say "nobody has taken the time to explain these things to me".

How unfortunate! Buying a home, 9 times out of 10, is the single largest investment someone will make in their lifetime. Whether it's the first home purchase or 10th, the focus on the individual person/family needs to be priority!!

If you are dealing with someone who is transaction minded, you are ultimately losing.
