I recently sat down with my friend, Dwight Dye. I had the chance to ask him what he has learned in building a successful business. My big takeaway? Knowing yourself is the biggest key. He urges to start with capital, others may get started on a shoe string budget, but I think knowing yourself is the first step. He needs to pay for analysis because he knows he is a "build the plane on the way down" sort of thinker. Know yourself, fill in where you need help, and get started!
