There’s so much more behind a SOLD sign than most people ever see. 💙

I’ve celebrated with clients, prayed through uncertainty, and felt the disappointment when a home they loved didn’t work out. Every move has a story, and being trusted to help with yours means so much to me.

Some of the most meaningful work happens behind the scenes: asking questions, working through challenges, and keeping things moving when the process feels overwhelming.

To everyone who has trusted me, referred someone, or supported my business, thank you. You’ve allowed me to do work I love and serve people I care about.

When you’re ready for your next chapter, I’m here for you.

🏡 Murfreesboro & Nashville Market Update

If you've been wondering what's happening in our local real estate market, here are some of the biggest takeaways from the latest data.

📊 Here's what we're seeing in the Murfreesboro & Nashville area:

🏠 The market is becoming more balanced. Buyers have more homes to choose from than they've had in years, creating more opportunities to negotiate and find the right home.

💲 More homes are selling below their original list price. In the Nashville metro, approximately 64% of homes are selling for less than their original asking price. That doesn't mean home values are falling, it means correct pricing is more important than ever.

📈 Homeowners continue to have strong equity. Most sellers have built significant wealth over the past several years, giving them flexibility when it's time to make their next move.

📉 Mortgage rates could improve if inflation continues to ease and energy prices remain lower, potentially creating even more opportunities for buyers.

🏗️ Inventory is growing, but this isn't 2008. We're simply moving toward a healthier, more balanced market after years of too few homes for sale.

✨ What does this mean for you?

✅ Buyers have more choices and negotiating power.
✅ Sellers who price and market their home correctly are still successfully selling.
✅ Every neighborhood is different, so local expertise matters more than ever.

Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or just curious about your home's value, I'd love to help you understand what these market trends mean for your specific situation.
