Me now as a dad of three on Saturday mornings:
• One kid wants pancakes
• One kid wants french toast
• One kid is crying because I gave them the wrong color cup

💬 She clicked on my ad over a year ago… then ghosted me.

No calls.
No replies.
Just… quiet.

I kept checking in here and there.

Grateful for mornings like this.

Today I’m hanging up the work hat and putting on my “Dad” cap — volunteering at my kids’ end-of-year Fun Day at their church pre-K. Water slides, potluck, fellowship, and a whole lot of energy from a bunch of excited soaking wet little friends.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind… but this right here? This is why I do what I do.

Thankful for a career that gives me the freedom to show up for these moments — and for a school community that makes our kids feel so loved and celebrated.

Hope you’re finding time to slow down and enjoy the things that matter most this summer.
