This is our walk through after our first guest at the new condo. They left the place clean and exactly as requested. No issues whatsoever. We will now take the laundry and bedding to the laundry mat to get cleaned and folded, the cleaners are scheduled for Thursday and new tenants scheduled for May! For those afraid of taking the step towards MTR’s, just get started. Thankful for and and awesome guests!

It’s been a minute but so much has happened! Both bathrooms are now tiled, vanities are in, with the sinks, faucets and other hardware is in and no leaks! Next steps reglazing the tub and shower, furniture delivery is on Friday, cleaning on Sunday, carpet cleaning on Monday, professional pictures on Tuesday! Stay tuned for the next pics! Finally received our permit! New lights up - check, new ceiling fan - check, new thermostat- check, We had to change the GFI to tamper resistant, and our contractor put up the new smoke detectors wrong and has to move them 6”. Also staining the pole wrap for our wall accent! Going for a cool mid century modern look!

New dishwasher and microwave are in! They look good with the new countertops. Still waiting on the village to approve us starting the electrical and bathrooms. 🤬 we have a new guest ready to go just need to finish by November 1.
