When storms like this come through, so do the roofers and restoration companies. Many chase storms and set up PO Boxes to make them look local. Double check. Please use local.

Read the entire contract. People are creative and want to make $$ no matter what. Do not sign anything until you understand what you sign.

Example: some companies will charge you a fee or a percent of your claim if they give you an estimate but you don't use them. Make sure your estimates are free.
