Congratulations Alexandra Story and Casey Marshall!

They are kicking off what is sure to be an October to remember! 🍂 Not only did they just close on their new home, but they will also be getting married later in the month. Here's to a lifetime of happiness! 🥂

We had a powerhouse team on this home purchase and it showed. Alex is a past client and is fantastic to work with - her happiness and joy is contagious. Her realtor, Ryan Orr, added that this was the first time ever that he received a text saying “Happy Appraisal Day!” 🤣 Everyone worked so well together, and we went from contract to clear to close in 10 days, with an appraisal. Now that's some efficient teamwork!
