We are an independent insurance agency located in Westfield NJ looking for an experienced Personal Line Account Executive to join a team oriented insurance agency. The job includes servicing as well as sales to personal lines customers. Must have at least 5 years of prior experience working as a personal lines account executive for an independent insurance agency, have experience with AMS management system and be willing to sell new business - please, no applicants who have only worked for a captive (one insurance carrier) agency. We are a small to mid-size agency looking for a career oriented person who is looking to grow as the business grows.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 PM however you must be willing to work extra hours when necessary. The job will include salary $45K-60K DOE, a very generous sales compensation package, and health insurance (if needed). Must speak fluent English; Spanish is a definite plus.
