This week we are highlighting...

Ali White!

Ali joined the OneSource Benefits team in February 2020 and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University in 2012. She began her career at OneSource as a Customer Service Representative, where she managed enrollments, terminations, COBRA administration, ID card requests, and employee support.

Today, Ali serves as our Ancillary Benefits Specialist, focusing on life and disability coverage. She works closely with clients on dental, vision, disability, worksite benefits, and life insurance, providing assistance with claims, billing inquiries, and policy renewals. Ali is committed to delivering timely, reliable service while building strong relationships with every client she supports.

- Peter Menzies -

Peter joined the OneSource Benefits team in March of 2026 as an Account Service Specialist. Prior to that he has worked in insurance sales at Geisinger Health Plan for 4 years, as well as both a member and broker service representative at Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield for 7 years. He will be involved in enrollments, claims, billing issues, and anywhere else his expertise can be put to great use. When he’s away from the office he enjoys being with his family and two puppies as well as getting out on the golf course

Susan joined the OneSource Benefits team in April of 2024. Susan has 10 years of experience with Medicare and 3 years at Geisinger in health insurance customer service. As an Account Service Representative, she looks forward to helping by proficiently processing enrollments, terminations, ID Card requests and COBRA enrollments. Susan enjoys volunteering at her church by helping to organize and manage different events in her community.

- Paul Mikalic-

Paul started with OneSource Benefits in March 2026. Based out of Harveys Lake, he works in Regional Sales, partnering with business owners and HR managers to evaluate and improve their healthcare plans. He focuses on small groups ranging from 2 to 50 employees and is known for his responsiveness and ability to help clients save both time and money by simplifying complex processes. Clients value his professionalism and willingness to help, as well as the team’s hands-on approach; handling back-end paperwork and ongoing support so clients can stay focused on running their business. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time on the lake, skiing down the mountain, or traveling with friends

Lisa Carver - Senior Account Representative!

Lisa is a Senior Account Consultant and has been part of OneSource Benefits Since 2004. She has over 30 years in healthcare with an extensive background in hospital systems and service delivery and leads the customer support and service backing for OneSource. Her outstanding attention to and understanding of employee needs set her apart from others in her field! Lisa is married and has two grown children and eight grandchildren. She enjoys running, hiking, golfing and cycling in her free time. She volunteers at E.O.S. Therapeutic Riding Center for mentally, physically and emotionally challenged children and adults.

This week we are highlighting one of our Senior Account Service Representatives, Katie Burnette!

Katie joined the OneSource team in 2015 and has over 10 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and account management. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy & Administration, she specializes in helping employers navigate complex benefits challenges and regulatory requirements.

Katie serves as a lead account manager for many of the agency's most strategic clients. Her expertise includes self-funded health plans, stop-loss arrangements, compliance, renewal strategy, and ongoing benefits administration. She is known for her proactive approach, technical knowledge, and dedication to delivering exceptional client service.

Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, who keep family life active and rewarding.

Prior to joining OneSource Benefits in 2004, Dave spent 16 years at the Geisinger Health Plan in various roles. Dave spent 3 years as a Sales Representative, 5 years as Regional Sales Manager and 8 years as Director of Sales/Marketing. Presently, Dave is OneSource Benefit’s large group sales representative working with employer groups over 50 employees in the fully and self- insured markets. Away from work, in addition to spending time with his family, Dave is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan who resides in Mountain Top, PA with his family.

REMINDER: 2022 PCOR Fee Filing for Self-Insured Plans

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) fee filing deadline is August 1, 2022, for all self-funded medical plans and HRAs for plan years ending in 2021. The IRS issued Notice 2022-04 announcing the adjusted fee amount for this year.
