Farm Bureau Insurance is hosting the 2026 Veterans Day Essay Contest, open to Idaho students in grades 1–12.

Winners will also be recognized at the 14th Annual Farm Bureau Salute to Idaho Veterans event on November 6.

🚸 School Zone Safety Reminder 🚸

It’s a good time for a friendly reminder to slow down and stay alert in school zones.

Please watch for students crossing the road, follow posted speed limits, stay off your phone, and be mindful of buses, crosswalks, and other drivers.

Our kids are counting on all of us to help keep them safe. Let’s make every trip to and from school a safe one. ❤️

🚗 Your backup camera is a great tool, but it can’t see everything!

Before putting your vehicle in reverse, take a moment to check your mirrors, check your blind spots, and look around. 👀 Then back up slowly and carefully.

A few extra seconds of awareness can make a BIG difference, especially when kids, pets, or other vehicles may be nearby. ❤️

Stay alert. Stay safe. And remember, technology helps, but nothing replaces looking around!
