Tracie brings a wealth of experience to the TGI family with more than 25 years in the insurance industry and holds a property and casualty license. Having worked with nearly every independent insurance agency in Mountain Home, Arkansas, we are honored she chose to bring her knowledge and expertise to our team.

Outside of the office, Tracie and her husband, Adam, enjoy camping, hiking, and kayaking with their grandchildren, along with traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

A proud native of the area, Buck joined the family business in 2018, working alongside his father, Todd. This reflects their shared commitment to the community and exceptional service. Buck and his wife, Rachel, are raising four daughters, which fuels his passion for safeguarding families and their futures.

Buck has expertise across a wide range of insurance products and specializes in home and auto insurance, commercial property coverage, and life insurance. Monica joined TGI in the fall of 2023 after a long career in healthcare. She has since expanded her expertise to include servicing individual health insurance and also assists with personal lines.

A native of the Twin Lakes Area, Monica graduated from Cotter High School in 2007. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Cody, and their daughter, Brooke. Together, they love camping, floating the river, and cheering on their favorite football teams.

Next up in our Meet the Team series, meet Jeanelle Mooney, Personal Lines Manager at Todd Gilbert Insurance!

Jeanelle joined TGI in 2018 and has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry; proudly serving clients with knowledge, care, and a strong commitment to meeting their insurance needs. She grew up in Mountain Home and graduated from Mountain Home High before earning her degree in Business and Education from Arkansas State University.

She has been a member of Mountain Home Junior Auxiliary since 2013, serving four years on the Executive Board and currently chairing the Amy Klein Memorial Scholarship. Jeanelle is also the founding member of the MH NJROTC Booster Club, where she served as President.

Jeanelle and her husband, Frank (Bud), have two sons, Landon and Mason, daughter-in-law Olivia, and three grandsons, Jaymason, Korbyn, and Samuel. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, crafting, and traveling.
