has already had so much to celebrate this month!

We had a pancake breakfast to celebrate Molly’s birthday during our team meeting this week. Please stop by the Mountain Home location and wish her well!

Mae and Sarah Jane are both celebrating their 1 year anniversaries with . We are so proud of you two for rocking it each day for our customers and our team.

In addition, I have been with State Farm for 20 years this month. I have worked in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee, but Arkansas is where we found our forever home. We are deeply grateful to serve these amazing communities, and we look forward to doing it for another 20+ years.

We are heart broken. Our Mountain Home office will be closed today, Wednesday, September 2nd, from 1:00–5:00 PM as our team comes together to attend the celebration of life of a valued member of our work family.

Dodge was just beginning his career with our agency, and we were so excited to see where his future would take him. He had so much potential and an incredible desire to not only exceed our expectations, but the expectations he set for himself. He wanted to learn, grow, succeed, and make a difference.

If you knew Dodge, you knew that huge smile. You knew his honesty, his big heart, his love of sports, and most importantly his love for his family.

Today, we will step away from the office to honor Dodge, support his family and one another, and celebrate the life of a young man who left an impact far greater than the time we were given with him.

Please continue to pray for the Harris family.

We will miss you and that huge smile more than words can say, Dodge. ❤️
