At the agency, Misty focuses on the commercial side of insurance, helping business owners protect what they’ve worked hard to build. Charlie is one of our dedicated producers here at the Joe Young Agency, and we're grateful to have him on our team. He is hardworking, dependable, and committed to serving our customers with excellence. Charlie is a proud Army veteran, a devoted husband, and the father of two children. He and his wife made the move from California to Arkansas and have embraced our community as their home. These days, they're also enjoying life as grandparents to a growing flock of grandchildren! When he's not helping customers find the right insurance coverage, you'll likely find Charlie serving at his church. He is actively involved in many different ministries and has a genuine passion for helping others. What sets Charlie apart is his heart for people. He takes the time to listen, build relationships, and go the extra mile for every person he meets. Whether you're a long-time customer or calling for the first time, Charlie will treat you like family.

Meet Diane Zera!

Diane has been with the Joe Young Agency since the very beginning, and while she only works with us on Fridays, she is an important part of our team. Diane helps keep us on track by assisting with renewal reminders, payment follow-ups, resolving customer issues, and helping get quotes started. Her experience and dedication help us provide the excellent service our customers deserve.
Beyond the office, Diane is a devoted mother, a good friend, and a valued member of our community. She's always willing to lend a helping hand, and if you've ever seen one of her renovation projects, you know she's pretty handy with tools, too! Whether she's helping customers, serving her community, or tackling a home improvement project, Diane puts her whole heart into what she does.
