We will be closed this upcoming Monday In observance of Memorial Day in order to remember the sacrifices that many men and women have made thru the years, some having paid the ultimate price, so that we can remain free. Please join us in the following prayer:
Heavenly Father,
On this Memorial Day, we stop to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation.
We thank You for their courage, their sacrifice, and their willingness to stand in harm’s way for the sake of others they would never meet. May we never take lightly the freedoms purchased at such a high cost.
Comfort the families who still carry the ache of empty chairs, folded flags, and memories that never fade. Grant them peace, strength, and the assurance that their loved ones are not forgotten.
Lord, help us to live worthy of the sacrifices made for us. Make us people of gratitude, humility, honor, and compassion. Teach us to pursue peace while remembering the price that has so often been paid to preserve it.
Bless those who continue to serve our country today, and watch over all veterans who have borne the burden of war and duty.
May this day be more than a long weekend. May it be a day of remembrance, reflection, and sincere thanksgiving.
