This Earth Day, Southern Development Council would like to highlight SBA’s Environmental Initiative product under the SBA 504 “Green” Program. 🌍

This product helps small businesses invest in energy-efficiency, the creation of renewable energy, and sustainable improvements to buildings or equipment.

The criteria for an SBA 504 Green loan is the same as a traditional SBA 504 Loan with the addition of a 3rd party Energy Report that determines which “energy goal” the project will achieve and how the project will do so. 🌱

This includes either:

•Reduction of 10% Energy use
OR
•Creation of 15% Renewable energy
